Q: How do I make the reservation? / ¿Cómo hago la reservacion?
A: Reservations only by phone. Deposit Required. On the
reservation call a reservation number will be provided and a
confirmation email will be send.
A: Reservaciones se hacen por teléfono. Se requiere depósito de una
noche. En la misma llamada se le da el número de
reservacion, a vuelta de correo/email se le enviará la confirmación de
la reservación.
Q:How close is the beach? / ¿Esán cerca de la playa?
A: Beach is at the other side of the street. Two minutes
walking.

Q: Directions to Playa El Combate/ ¿Cómo llegamos a la Playa el Combate?
A:Take PR100 to Boquerón, keep south to PR301.Finally take PR3301 to
Playa El Combate.

Q: Cancellations/ Cancelaciones
A: You have up to 24 hours, after having made the payment, to cancel without any charge or penalty. After that period, no refund will be made. We recommend confirming the date, since no refunds will be made on reservations correctly made. We are not responsible for causes beyond our reach that intervene with the date of your reservation such as; meteorological conditions, interruptions in electricity or water service, water quality of the beaches among others, for which no refunds will be made.
A: Usted tiene hasta 24 horas, luego de haber hecho el pago, para
cancelar sin ningún cargo ni penalidad. Posterior a ese periodo no se
hará ningún reembolso. Les recomendamos confirmar la fecha, dado que no
se harán devoluciones en reservaciones correctamente hechas. No somos
responsables por causas fuera de nuestro alcance que intervenga con la
fecha de su reservación tales como; condiciones meteorológicas,
interrupciones en servicio de luz o agua, calidad del agua de las playas
entre otras, por lo cual no se harán reembolsos.
